Our bakers don’t skimp on ingredients, and their passion can be tasted in every handmade baked good we create. A fresh pastry coming out of the oven is always more than the sum of its ingredients: it’s a small piece of joy and pure happiness.
At first, Gina Bakery was our own secret – a place where we prepared the breads, desserts, ice creams, sorbets, and drinks for our restaurants. As word spread and our reputation grew, people began to ask: “Could you make some for us, too?”
